Emergencies

If it is an emergency, please call 0203 146 6897 and ask for Dan (between Mon-Fri 9am – 5.00pm). Outside of these hours, please call 01392 949 075.

PLEASE NOTE: if the call out is not an emergency, i.e. you have locked yourself out or lost your keys, YOU will be responsible for payment of the callout. You should only telephone our out-of-office contact only in a genuine emergency. If the problem is not deemed to be an emergency then our contractor may refuse to visit until the office re-opens, in order to save you incurring a call out charge.

Please note that our out-of-hours persons will not attend to an appliance outside of working hours or at weekends as this is not deemed an emergency. Please note if a contractor is called out unnecessarily and your problem is not a genuine EMERGENCY, you will be liable for the full cost of the contractor invoice.

An ‘EMERGENCY’ is defined as a “sudden state of danger etc.; condition needing immediate attention”. This can be further clarified as a danger to the property or occupants e.g. burst pipe, flood, fire or gas leak. Damage caused as a result of break-in which would compromise the security of the property and contents must be reported to the police and a crime reference number obtained

In the case of a household containing a terminally ill person(s), very elderly person(s) or infant(s) then a lack of hot water or heating may be considered an emergency.
